Hospitalist - Children's Hospital | North Dallas, TX | 14 Shifts Monthly

The Opportunity:
•  A growing pediatric hospitalist team is adding additional clinicians due to hospital expansion
•  Work in a beautiful children's hospital located in the heart of one of the fastest-growing areas of the Dallas, Texas metroplex.
•  Full-time is 14 shifts per month. Work in a non-academic position joining a collegial team of 40 to care for medically complex patients and enjoy amazing subspecialty support, including pediatric intensivists
•  No newborn rounding or nursery call is required.
•  Average Daily Census is capped at 12 patients per day per hospitalist.
•  Epic EMR

Compensation and Benefits:
• Compensation is structured as a salary with the potential to earn an additional $10,000 in a quality bonus each year
•  Optional shifts available, if desired
•  CME $4,500 stipend
